Monday, June 23
9:37 a.m., a caller on Northwest Coveland Street reported a missing dog they fear might have been taken. The dog is a heeler/pit mix, white with brown spots.
6:03 p.m., a caller at a Northwest Front Street business reported that a person attempted to steal sea shells and starfish from the store and the suspect was being detained.
Tuesday, June 24
10:59 a.m., a caller at a South Main Street business reported a man, who appeared to have been drinking, was denied at the store and is now walking around the parking lot.
12:57 p.m., a caller at a North Main Street business reported her iPhone 4 was stolen and an app was showing it being in Kirkland.
Wednesday, June 25
11:54 a.m., a caller on North Main Street reported a verbal dispute with a neighbor.
12:12 p.m., a caller on Northeast Seventh Street reported a hit and run that occurred sometime in the last two days.
12:41 p.m., a caller at Coupeville Library requested assistance with a vehicle lockout.
1:44 p.m., a caller on Northeast Seventh Street reported that two border collies charged him and bit him while he was walking past.
3:06 p.m., a caller at Northeast Parker Road and Northeast Leach Street reported a loose daschund/chihuahua mix in the area.
5:21 p.m., a caller on Northeast Burnham Place reported two suspicious males in a white sedan.
Thursday, June 26
8:59 a.m., a caller on Northeast Birch Street reported her ex-boyfriend and his current girlfriend threatened to beat her up and then sped off.
12:17 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital advised a wanted person was ready to be released.
3:07 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a disorderly patient was being aggressive with staff.
Friday, June 27
10:23 a.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a patient about to be discharged was threatening to go over to the doctor’s office to be seen because he wasn’t satisfied with the emergency room. The patient had been verbally abusive with staff.
11:49 a.m., a woman reported that she was parked on Grace Street and another vehicle drove by and struck her passenger side and then drove off.
5:10 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported his court order may have been violated.
9:13 p.m., a commercial alarm was triggered on North Main Street.
Saturday, June 28
1:18 a.m., a caller at South Main Street and State Highway 20 requested a welfare check on a white female walking on the northbound lane.
3:04 p.m., a caller at Northwest Sixth Street and Northwest Wilkes Street reported a stop sign was knocked down.
Sunday, June 29
5:34 p.m., a caller advised he had been hiking for a few weeks, making his way up to Canada and asked where a good place to pitch a tent in Coupeville would be.
