Monday, Aug. 11

4:41 a.m., a woman on North Main Street reported juveniles stealing laundry detergent and baskets and screaming. She said she was tired of the kids disrespecting her and leaving trash everywhere.

9:58 a.m., a business on South Main Street reported that an elderly female in a vintage car ran into their merchandise in the parking lot.

12:55 p.m., a caller on Northwest Sixth Street reported a client in mental health crisis was running around the parking lot yelling.

2:54 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a patient on a 72-hour hold walked out and got on an Island Transit bus.

11:08 p.m., a woman on North Main Street reported hearing people talking about her family through her apartment walls.

Tuesday, Aug. 12

3:13 p.m., a caller on Northeast Ninth Street reported a man on her property refusing to leave.

4:44 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a female threatened to blow up her car.

Wednesday, Aug. 13

11:30 a.m., deputies responded to a fire alarm on Northwest Grace Street.

9:48 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported that a patient was threatening to “kick heads.”

3:23 p.m., a woman reported losing her purse at a South Main Street coffee shop.

9:24 p.m., a caller on North Main Street requested a welfare check.

Friday, Aug. 15

12:19 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle on Northwest Front Street had a rear window busted and appeared to be ransacked.

12:22 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported a man acting belligerent and laying on a lounge chair.

4:29 p.m., a caller reported people on North Main Street trying to get into a truck that belonged to a deceased person.

10:21 p.m., a caller reported a boat docked at the Coupeville boat launch had been running for hours.

Saturday, Aug. 16

1:26 p.m., a caller reported a deer was hit by a car near South Main Street and State Highway 20 but is up and running into traffic.

Sunday, Aug. 17

11:07 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle with a possible wanted person sleeping inside on Southwest Terry Road.

3:43 p.m., a caller on Northwest Krueger Street reported someone broke into their friend’s house sometime last week and left alcohol bottles laying around.
