Open enrollment for Medicare beneficiaries will take place from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7. at Whidbey General Hospital, 107 S. Main St., Coupeville.

Senior citizens can sign up for Medicare Part D or change their Medicare plan.

Statewide Health Insurance Benefits advisors will be available every Wednesday during the enrollment period for anyone who needs assistance with Medicare or choosing the correct plan for their circumstances.
