Oak Harbor’s NJROTC program has grown from Wildcat Company into WILDCAT BATTALION, made up of Gold Company and Purple Company.  The 194 students in the program held their annual “Pass-n-Review” last week, earning the honor of a Bravo Zulu pennant, a traditional Navy symbol to signify a job well done. Of 30 inspections, Capt. Dan Wenceslao typically only awards one or two programs with this honor each year. This is only one step in the process that each NJROTC unit does throughout the year to ensure they are in the running for the honor of Distinguished Unit.
