There is absolutely no chance I will vote for one cent of additional taxes, as long as irresponsible, spendthrift Democrats like John Dean will be making the decisions on how to spend our tax dollars.

Can there be any doubt that the second the leftists running our county get their hands on more of your hard earned cash, they’ll find new ways to waste it, regardless of what doomsday scenarios they concoct to get you to vote to fork over more in taxes?

Forty dollars of additional taxes on a house that you are already struggling to afford sounds suspiciously like the “price of two pizzas” that Angie Homola wanted to confiscate from the taxpayers of Island County to fund some pointless environmental project.

I submit that as long as the county has enough money for high tech speed limit signs on Angie Homola’s street, they don’t need more money from me.
