Oak Harbor senior Katy Nydam signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Seattle Pacific University on Feb. 15.
Nydam, a three-time All-Wesco selection for the Wildcats, leaves the school as the second-leading scorer in girls soccer history. In 2001, she set a single-season record with 11 assists and finished her senior year with a team-high 20 goals. Nydam led the Wildcats to a 10-6-2 record this past season, as the team made it to the second round of the district playoffs.
