The following Western Washington University graduates earned their bachelor’s or master’s degrees and were awarded diplomas: Tyler Breeze Alder, of Oak Harbor, earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an international business concentration; Janofsky Herrion, of Oak Harbor, earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
