Oak Harbor High School has released its list of awards and honors accorded 2003 graduating seniors. Many of these awards come from local civic and service organizations. Members of those groups work hard year-round holding car washes, fruit sales, bazaars, tournaments and thrift sales to build scholarship funds. Any time a group holds a fund-raiser, donations go to next year’s seniors.
