To all you folks out there complaining  about the noise from Outlying Field Coupeville, I think I have the perfect solution — You all should call the White House and ask the genius in the oval office if Obamacare will cover the cost of ear plugs for the entire family.

Heck, if Sandra Fluke can get her happy pills paid for, why can’t you guys get ear plugs to protect your health and well being.

There’s always a simple solution.
