Jennifer Lynn O’Neal, daughter of Marianne O’Neal from Oak Harbor, and Sean Thomas Porter, son of Jerry and Mark Porter from Bellefontaine, Ohio, exchanged vows on Sept. 19, 2009, framed by the spectacular flower garden at the home of David and Gina O’Neal in Bothell.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, David O’Neal, wore a lovely gown of beaded satin and lace and carried a dahlia bouquet tied with sage green ribbon. The groom, who chose a three-piece black tuxedo, was accompanied down the aisle by his 4-year-old daughter Madaline, who was dressed in a light sage green dress. In keeping with the garden theme, the mother of the bride wore a blue green jacket dress, and the mother of the groom chose a light yellow suit.

The ceremony, attended by immediate family and close friends, was officiated by Patrick Russell. Ryan Porter, the groom’s brother, and Benjamin O’Neal, the bride’s nephew, served as ushers. Emma O’Neal, the bride’s niece, held the bride’s bouquet during the exchange of vows.

Mrs. Porter, who is an LPN graduate of Skagit Valley College, is employed at Virginia Mason in Lynnwood. Mr. Porter, who graduated in Bellefontaine, Ohio, is employed at Group Health in North Seattle.

After their honeymoon in Hawaii, Mr. and Mrs. Porter are at home in Everett.
