In 2001, OSC gave $8K in scholarships and $6K in donations to organizations such as the Oak Harbor School District, Partnership with Youth, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Oak Harbor, Compassionate Friends of Whidbey Island, DARE, WAIF, CADA and the American Red Cross.
