Every child knows well the story of Peter Pan, and soon you can see it live on stage at The Whidbey Playhouse. The tickets for this wonderful musical fantasy are now on sale.
This story is the tale of Peter Pan, the boy who never grows up, played by Scott Arnold, and his ongoing search for a mother.
Wendy, (Lisa Sparks); John, (Jed Massengale); and Michael Darling, (Austin Hendrix); along with their Nursemaid, Nana the dog; and their housekeeper, Lisa accompany Peter, with the help of fairy dust, on his flight back to Neverland. On the way, they encounter the pirates led by the ever-evil Captain Hook, played by Allen Young, and his sidekick Smee, (Bob Hendrix). There is the Indian tribe and mermaids along with the Lost Boys and, of course, the crocodile.
This lively musical has the familiar songs “I Gotta Crow,” “Tender Shepherd,” and the catchy “Ugg-A-Wug,” and plenty of dancing.
