Monday, July 18
3:02 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle had been left running on Southwest Terry Road.
11:56 a.m., a caller on Northeast Seventh Street reported a man was wandering the area, using profane language and screaming.
1:47 p.m., a caller requested a welfare check for a man on Northwest Alexander Street who was sleeping at a computer.
Wednesday, July 20
3:05 a.m., a caller on North Main Street reported the hospital would not give her a free ride from a taxi and told her to wait for the bus.
3:53 a.m., a caller reported a female was refusing to leave the hospital, and the woman was calling saying she was advised to rest in the warmth of the hospital.
Thursday, July 21
5:06 a.m., a caller on South Main Street reported having a belligerent female who was possibly on drugs in custody who was trying to steal lighters.
9:09 a.m., a caller requested a welfare check for a female who was sitting in front of a South Main Street location for three hours in a medical gown with a hoodie over it.
10:51 a.m., a caller reported a woman was smoking and “tweaking out” on the porch of a South Main Street location.
2:04 p.m., a caller on South Main Street reported an ongoing issue with a man checking and taking mail from the caller’s mailbox.
Sunday, July 24
10 a.m., a caller on North Main Street reported a female in a black tank top and shorts ran from the emergency room and needed to return.
12:20 p.m., a caller on Northwest Broadway Street reported an ongoing problem with a dog barking.
Monday, July 25
6:02 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported finding that the back doors to the hospital are staying open by themselves.
Tuesday, July 26
9:18 p.m., a caller reported a boat in Penn Cove near Monroe Landing that was flashing a bright light.
Thursday, July 28
4:39 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported a patient was having a psychotic episode, and refusing to get back on the bus and go home.
6:30 p.m., a caller reported a male was laying in the grass out front of a South Main Street location. The caller said they spoke with the man who was slow to respond and had slurred speech.
6:45 p.m., a caller reported the emergency room has restrained a patient that has assaulted at least three employees and they want to press charges.

12:49 p.m., a caller reported a dog was locked in a vehicle on Northwest Front Street and the dog is in direct sun and acting distressed.
Monday, Aug. 8
2:02 a.m., a caller on Northeast Third Street reported a resident is being aggressive and hitting staff.
Thursday, Aug. 11
2:14 a.m., a caller on Northeast Third Street reported they were just punched in the face.
12:29 p.m., a caller reported a man on North Main Street was just released from the hospital and is now disoriented and trying to get into everyone’s vehicles.
2:03 p.m., a caller reported a person on North Main Street is yelling and threatening to cause harm.
3:41 p.m., a caller reported a male was walking across the street in front of the hospital yelling and being belligerent.
4:20 p.m., a caller reported a male on North Main Street was in the bus stop yelling at cars.
Friday, Aug. 12
11:34 p.m., a caller on Northeast Birch Street reported she doesn’t know where she is, that a person grabbed her and won’t let her leave.
Saturday, Aug. 13
4 p.m., a caller on Northwest Seventh Street reported a neighbor is blaring a blow horn at the caller’s dogs.
