2:27 p.m., a caller on Northeast Parker Road reported someone was stealing her personal details over Facebook.

2:59 p.m., a caller at Island County Superior Court reported someone possibly stole her cell phone.

3:57 p.m., a caller on Southwest Terry Road reported her ex- son-in-law came into her residence without permission.

4:04 p.m., a caller at Coupeville Town Park reported two younger subjects in a vehicle were spinning around in the parking lot too fast.

2:05 p.m., a caller on Fourth Street reported receiving a suspected scam phone call about IRS tax evasion.

4:27 p.m., a caller on Northeast Leisure Street reported a suspicious Cadillac driving in circles around a construction site, possibly casing the scene.

Wednesday, July 16

10:58 a.m., a caller on Southwest Terry Road reported a dark-gray transport van was stolen and then called back to cancel the report.

4:28 p.m., a caller on Northwest First Street hung up and, when she called back, said she wanted to know how to put a restraining order on a cop’s soul.

7:40 p.m., a caller at the Tyee reported a man who had been drinking was requesting his keys back and the caller was requesting law enforcement take the keys.

5:41 p.m., a caller at Whidbey General Hospital reported a male, who had been yelling “out of control” and was escorted out of the building multiple times, was back.

9:09 p.m., a caller at the Tyee reported two females who had been drinking were being “little pills” and want to drive, but the bartender had their keys.

12:02 a.m., a caller on North Main Street reported receiving a text message from a drunk person who was harassing them.

10:54 a.m., a caller on South Ebey Road reported subjects on Terry Road were burning and there was a burn ban in effect.
