This letter is in support of Rick Almberg for Oak Harbor City Council. We have known Rick for 25 years.

In our opinion, Rick is educated, articulate, honest, organized and focused and he has a long vision that includes Oak Harbor improvement. Whether it is organizing a volunteer community project or a climbing expedition, Rick has energy that is boundless and contagious and he thrives on a challenge. An optimist and a natural leader, Rick has a sense of humor and a sense of purpose that make you want him on your team.
