“Honestly, it’s obvious price-gouging that is completely greedy and wrong. I understand that a company might have to do what’s best for their profits, but it’s a crime and becomes absolutely ridiculous when a price increase puts lives in jeopardy. People can’t opt out of buying medicine like the EpiPen. They need that for the security of their own life.”

“It’s absolutely despicable that this is allowed to happen and it makes me really upset that this is what our health and pharmaceutical industries look like. I think it’s ridiculous that we allow people to make money off of sickness and health conditions.”

“It really is ridiculous. I think a lot of people are in disbelief that a company could increase the price of a life-saving medicine like the EpiPen by such a huge amount. How are people who need that medicine supposed to cope with that? They have no choice except to buy it, and that’s wrong to take advantage of that kind of a situation.”
