At 8:03 a.m., a caller reported that a transient man on Barron Drive was walking around a dumpster and yelling with his pants down.
At 10:59 p.m., a resident reported that a pedestrian on Pioneer was looking at the water and screaming at nothing in particular.
Saturday, Aug. 26
At 1:59 a.m., a Northwest Longview Drive resident reported that kids wearing backpacks were walking outside.
At 8:14 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a silver Hyundai was stolen overnight.
At 5:30 p.m., a Northwest Fairhaven Drive resident reported that a stranger returned to the shed.
At 6:57 p.m., a resident reported that a old woman with crutches was lying in the grass on Southeast Third Avenue.
At 8:48 p.m., a Southwest Muzzall Street resident reported that a neighbor’s big dogs broke through a fence and attacked the caller’s pooch.
At 10 p.m., a caller reported that a woman disappeared after meeting a man online and moving in with him.
Sunday, Aug. 27
At 1:13 a.m., a Northeast Izett Street resident reported that a woman with a “flesh wound” knocked on the door.
At 2:53 a.m., a caller reported that a Northwest Fairhaven Drive resident has 10 dogs and isn’t taking care of them.
At 1:50 p.m., a caller reported that someone who rented a U-Haul left behind a bag of guns.
Monday, Aug. 28
At 12:55 a.m., a resident reported that a man had been “raging” on Southeast Barrington Drive all day and throwing things into the street.
