A couple of special vaccination clinics are planned for this week.
Island County Public Health will host a pop-up vaccine clinic during the first day of the Langley Street Market on Friday, May 14.
The clinic will run from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be located in the gardens in front of Useless Bay Coffee on Second Street
The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available for free for those 18 years of age and older. No identification is required. Call 360-221-6765 for information.

Island Drug will hold a mass vaccination clinic for anyone 12 years old and older from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, at Oak Harbor High School. Appointments are required and can be made online at www.islanddrug.com/mass515.
The federal Food and Drug Administration recently approved the Pfizer vaccine for children ages 12 to 15.
Staff from Pediatric Associated of Whidbey Island will be at the event.
