At 8:02 p.m., a driver reported that someone in a car on Highway 20 was sticking his arms and head through a sunroof.
At 11:05 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless person was asking random customers for drugs on Storkson Drive.
Sunday, Sept. 18
At 6:06 p.m., a resident reported that someone fell off a jet ski and appeared to disappear near Double Bluff.
At 7:21 p.m., a woman on West Fakkema Road reported noticing a strong smell of gas from her car and saw a screw was going into her tank.
At 8:59 p.m., a caller reported that a shirtless person was on the sidewalk on North Main Street.
Monday, Sept. 19
At 4:24 a.m., a Cherry Hill Loop resident reported catching a man in black in the garage.
At 4:25 a.m., a caller on East Harbor Road reported that he was a lead investigator for Sept. 11 and asked law enforcement to knock on the CIA door and ask them what’s going on.
At 2:39 p.m., a Goss Lake Road resident reported that an airplane was following her and had been threatening her for 32 months.
At 3:48 p.m., a caller on Jones Road reported that 12 people are being “trespassed” from a house after a porch was set on fire.
At 4:55 p.m., a driver reported that two men were on Deception Pass Bridge and one of them cocked a handgun and pointed it toward the water.
At 6:10 p.m., a Boe Road resident reported returning home to find the door broken open and the inside of the home completely ransacked. TVs and multiple other items were stolen.
Tuesday, Sept. 20
At 8:56 a.m., a caller reported that people in an orange kayak dropped crab pots off Long Point in violation of law.
At 8:59 a.m., a caller reported that a deer near Sandy Cove seemed disoriented and was walking in circles.
At 5:17 p.m., a caller on Hamilton Drive reported that an aggressive dog from a nearby homeless camp was loose in the area.
At 5:53 p.m., an Ollom Drive resident reported that a neighbor’s two large pigs and piggy babies had escaped and were on the caller’s property.
At 6:15 p.m., a Front Street resident reported that a man had been on the beach in front of her home drinking all day. She was worried because the tide was coming in.
At 6:27 p.m., a Sunrise Park Way resident reported that someone keeps breaking in at night and deleting the camera footage. The caller could hear movement inside the wall.
