Students from all Whidbey Island high schools are invited to a college and career fair from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 24 at Oak Harbor High School.
The fair is an opportunity for students and their parents to start exploring the options available to them once they have graduated from high school.
Representatives from a variety of post-secondary options will be on hand to speak with students and parents. Programs to be represented include universities, community colleges, art schools, career and technical colleges, military academies, apprenticeship programs, military and more.
Parents and students can visit with representatives and get a chance to have their questions answered.
A “Club Fair” will also be held, giving students a chance to explore the many extracurricular activities available to them at OHHS.
All juniors and seniors are asked to attend the fair, but it is a worthwhile experience for freshmen and sophomores as well.
