Whidbey residents earn top marks at WSU

A number of Whidbey Island high school graduates earned places on Washington State University’s President’s Honor Roll for the 2015 summer semester, according to a recent news release.

The students are:

OAK HARBOR

Sara Anderson Marie, Christopher Opdyke Lee, Amena Scharf and Erin Traynor Marie.

COUPEVILLE

Anna Bailey Ariel

FREELAND

Jason Lambert Mark

Students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine graded hours in a single term and earn a grade point average of 3.75 or earn a 3.5 cumulative GPA based on 15 cumulative hours of graded work.
