Tuesday, Feb. 4
At 8:41 a.m., a caller reported she believes she was shot at while driving on State Highway 20. Her windshield was damaged.
Wednesday, Feb. 5
At 8:34 a.m., an East Whidbey Avenue resident reported a woman came into the yard and stole a cat.
At 3:50 p.m., a caller reported a propane tank was stolen from a Northeast O’Leary Street location.
Thursday, Feb. 6
At 7:01 a.m., a caller reported a propane tank was stolen from a trailer at a Southeast Fourth Avenue location.
At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported seeing a suspicious person at the high school campus on Wildcat Way.
Friday, Feb. 7
At 2:43 p.m., a caller reported finding a syringe in the grassy area near the intersection of North Oak Harbor Street and East Whidbey Avenue.
Saturday, Feb. 8
At 1:53 p.m., a caller reported a lady wearing a bathrobe was walking three dogs that weren’t on a leash. They almost started fighting with the caller’s dog.
At 8:33 p.m., a caller reported a person threw a drink at the caller’s car.
Sunday, Feb. 9
At 12:01 a.m., a caller reported a man started several fights at a Southeast Pioneer Way location.
At 11:45 a.m., a caller reported a man lying on the sidewalk on Highway 20.
At 12:31 p.m., a caller reported a woman lying on the concrete outside a Northeast Midway Boulevard location.
Monday, Feb. 10
At 9:20 a.m., an East Whidbey Avenue resident reported neighbors were possibly abusing their cat.
At 1:01 p.m., a caller reported a propane tank stolen from the back of his truck while it was parked at a Southeast Fourth Avenue location.
At 4:53 p.m., a caller reported a woman was screaming and yelling while walking in circles at a Barrington Drive location.
Tuesday, Feb. 11
At 7:17 a.m., a caller reported her boyfriend won’t let her in the trailer. He choked her and cut her food card in half.
At 3:38 p.m., a caller reported a child broke into an Oak Harbor Street apartment.
Friday, Feb. 14
At 11:15 a.m., a caller reported receiving a threatening message from an ex-employee. Part of the message stated “I will bury you.”
At 3:20 p.m., a Norheast Sixth Avenue resident reported encountering aggressive raccoons the night before.
At 4:07 p.m., a caller reported a dog bit a mail carrier on Sixth Avenue.
At 5:13 p.m., a caller reported a man crying and lying on the ground at a Northeast Seventh Avenue location.
Saturday, Feb. 15
At 9:15 p.m., a Northeast Seventh Avenue resident reported she is being stalked via radioactive waves that bounce off her television and phone. Her stomach makes noise when the refrigerator clicks on.
