Ann Katherine Melton, 92, passed away in the early morning hours of Dec. 6, 2020, at Worland Healthcare & Rehab.

Ann was born Oct. 8, 1928, in San Francisco, Calif. to Benjamin and Mabel Hoover. Ann moved from Oak Harbor, Wash., to Worland, Wyo., in 1999. She enjoyed her faith, family, food and her kitty George.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; sons Tim and Shannon Mitchell; and daughter Mary Howard. Those left behind and cherishing her memory include her sister Jean Phipps of Oak Harbor and daughters Nancy Mangus (Richard Mangus) of Casper, Wyo., and Theresa O’Blenes (Dana O’Blenes) of Oak Harbor. Also cherishing her memory are many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
