Anthony Charles Pepper, of Washington, Mo., passed away suddenly Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, at the age of 35 years.

Anthony was united in marriage to Miss Emily Kunkel on Dec. 29, 2000, in Oak Harbor. Anthony was a member of the United States Navy and had been serving as a Navy Recruiter in the Washington, Mo., office since April of 2007.

He is survived by his wife, Emily Pepper, of Washington; two sons, Mitchel and Jacob Pepper; his parents, Sandra and Glenn Wright of Port Charlotte, Fla.; mother in law, Suzan Foster and husband, Thomas, of Alger, Wash.; father-in-law, Eric Kunkel of Lawton, Mich.; two brothers, Richard Pepper and wife, Melissa, of Marysville, Wash. and Daniel Pepper and wife, Candice, of Overland, Mo.; other relatives and many friends.
