Donald Von Pusl, 64, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 at a Lynden health care facility. He is the son of Edward & Ann Pusl of Chicago, IL. He was an active member of the communities in which he lived. He spent his life between California & Washington. In Coupeville, WA, he attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, sang in the choir, worked as a real estate appraiser, volunteered as a firefighter & lifeguard, as well as, was a member of the Lion’s Club. While living in California, he worked at CBS Studios & enjoyed trips to the beach. His happiest moments were spent with friends & family. Socializing was a big part of his life. He also had a passion for music, whether he was singing it or playing it, he cherished being around others. He played the guitar & violin, but also loved singing & listening to piano. Loved by children, his Donald Duck impressions earned him a spot in their hearts. The family would like to thank the nurses & staff at Christian Health Care Center for their care & support. Don leaves behind a son, Sean Von Pusl of Bangor, ME, a brother, Ken Pusl of Valencia, CA, & close friends Jim Dionato & family of Austin, TX.
