A memorial service for Granvel Frederic “Fred” Wheeler will be held Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m., at San de Fuca Chapel, Pastor Cliff Horr officiating. This will be followed by a graveside committal service at Sunnyside Cemetery with military honors under the auspices of NAS Whidbey Honor Guard.
