James was an Island guy, after serving in Korea he moved to Whidbey where he spent the rest of his life. Many know and remember him as an avid bingo player, in his early days he loved to fish and hunt. He will be remembered as a very caring man who took care of family over anything especially his wife Leota who he is joining now.

He is survived by son’s George, Jim and daughter Kim.
