Jennie Ronhaar Hordyk, 91, died March 19, 2003 in Everett. She was born Aug. 4, 1911, in Clover Valley near Oak Harbor.

She married John Hordyk Jan. 25, 1943, and moved to Everett from Seattle in 1951. She spent her last months at Bethany at Pacific.

Jennie is survived by daughters Nancy (Lloyd) Winther of Everett, Judith Hordyk of France; son Dwight (Becky) Hordyk of Cordova, Tenn.; step-son William (Delpha) Hordyk of Duvall; four grandchildren, Brian (Tara) Winther of Duvall, Jilene Winther of Redmond, Tamara Hordyk of Cordova, Tenn., and Heidi Hordyk of Paris, Tenn. Many other family and friends also survive.

Jennie was preceded in death by her husband John Hordyk in 1975; step-son John Hordyk and five brothers and sisters.

Services were held at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy Funeral Home, Everett, Saturday, March 22. Graveside services followed at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
