Jan. 17, 2006, Marie Preuss Coy, 82, of Greenbank, went home to be with the Lord.

She was born in Seattle and settled on Whidbey Island. She worked as an accountant at Binks Manufacturing Co. in Seattle and retired from Nichols Brothers Boat Builder. She attended the Evangelical Free Church.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband Frank Coy. She will be missed by her three sisters Martha Nyhagen, Edna Hassell, and Ruth Leavitt, and by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

At her request, there will be no services. Burial will be at Bayview Cemetery.
