Longtime Oak Harbor resident, born Jan. 1946 in Obi, N.Y., passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, due to illness.
Mary was a loving homemaker and volunteer who loved spending time with her family laughing, loving and living life to the fullest with their many adventures here and across this country.
An experienced artist, her joy of idealistic beauty was shared in her abstract creations.
Recently, she attended her mother-in-law’s 100th birthday celebration in Scio, N.Y., with her husband of 49 years, Paul Brian Faulkner, also a longtime Oak Harbor resident.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce, Jan, Philip and Breann Faulkner; as well as grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers; sister; nephews; nieces; cousins, close and distant; and some very special friends.
Mary was an active member in “God’s” church. The memorial service to be announced at a later date, under the directions of Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home in Wellsville, N.Y.
