Michael R. Smith, 63, passed away Jan. 26, 2008, at his Bellingham home after being diagnosed with lung cancer in September of 2007. He grew up and went to high school in Oak Harbor.

A celebration of Mike’s life with reception will be held at Bellingham Golf & Country Club on Friday, Feb. 22, at 2 p.m. All are invited to attend and share memories of Mike.
