Paul Allen Koetje, 84, a longtime resident of Skagit Valley, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Mountain Glen Retirement Community. A Celebration of Life will be held later in the fall and will be announced in the Whidbey News-Times. A complete obituary will be published in a future edition of the Whidbey News-Times. Arrangements are under the care of Kern Funeral Home of Mount Vernon.
