Our Dear Phil left his family on Sunday, August 20, 2023. He was born on October 31, 1960. After a long battle with pain, and a brief battle with cancer journeyed to freedom and the Father on Sunday. He was known for his intelligence, gentleness, and his near-painless blood-draws at hospitals and clinics. He always tried to do the right thing in his professional, as well as his personal life. Phil spent most of his youth in East Wenatchee, WA and his favorite times were at his family’s cabin (that he helped build) at Lake Chelan. He wanted the staff at Whidbey Health, Regency Pacific, Whidbey Health Hospice, and his long-term doctor for their gentle care of him, and for brightening his days.
