Randy Blaker, 63, of Oak Harbor, died Friday, March 5, 2010 in Oak Harbor. Randy was born in Neodesha, Kan., on Sept. 30, 1946 to Claude and Arlene (O’Leary) Blaker. He retired from the United States Navy in June of 1986.

Randy is survived by his two daughters, Jacqueline Stapp of Seattle and Jessica Pearce of Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Inurnment will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent at a later date. Burley Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
