Theodore James Duris passed away in Peace 3/7/2025. He was married to Virginia Duris. He is survived by his 2 daughters 3 grand children and 4 great grand children. He was proud to have served in the Navy for 30 years. He retired MCPO August 17th 1990 at NAVFAC Whidbey Island. He also worked as security at Texico / Shell Refinery. Also as manager at Cambridge Cove apartments. He later wrote a book ‘PENNY THE LOST PENGUIN‘ He made sure every child he seen got a book. It made him smile.

He Loved his time in Oak Harbor. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him. May he rest in Peace The family will have a Celebration of Life with close friends and family.
