Tracy Lynn Hager, 33, of Oak Harbor, died March 22, 2007, in Oak Harbor. She was born in San Diego, Calif., on Nov. 18, 1973, to Randall Thomas and Peggy Lynn (Grindstad) Messenger. She was raised in Santee, Calif., where she graduated West Hills High School in 1992. Later, she attended Cuyamaca Junior College for two years majoring in Artistic Studies.

On June 14, 1998, she married Sean Hager in Bonita, Calif., while he was stationed in San Diego. Together they moved from there to Oak Harbor, back to San Diego, then back here again, where they have lived for the past four years.

Their first daughter Felicia was born in 1999, and their second daughter Jessica in 2000. Tracy was a devoted wife, mother and friend, as well as a loving and caring daughter. She was very talented artistically, creating pencil drawings, oil and acrylic paintings. She also enjoyed crafts and was an accomplished seamstress. She belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary in Oak Harbor.

She leaves behind her husband Sean, daughters Felicia and Jessica, all of Oak Harbor; parents Randall and Peggy Messenger of Eureka Springs, Ark.; brother Brian Messenger of El Cajon, Calif.; and sister Amy Zirkelbach of Pachelo, Calif.

At her request, no services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel.
