Viewing and visitation for Verla M. Shafer, 88, formerly of Oak Harbor, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 21. The funeral service will be Saturday, Sept. 22, at 1:30 p.m., both at Burley Funeral Chapel.
