Virginia “Ginny” Thomas, 60, died at her home in Oak Harbor on April 24, 2007, Ginny was known as “The Flower Lady”. A Funeral Mass is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 28, at St. Joseph of Cupertino Catholic Church, NAS Whidbey Island.
