Five Running Unlimited Fitness athletes qualified for the regional championships through their efforts at the Junior Olympic Association Cross Country Championships Saturday, Nov. 16, at Lower Woodland Park in Seattle.
The regional meet is Saturday, Nov. 23, at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Ore.
Logan Clark earned the best finish for RUFit by placing eighth out of 18 runners in the 15/16-year-old division in 18:43 over the hilly 5,000-meter course.
Gavin Clark, Ambyrlie Johnson, Riley Williamson and Ryan Vasileff also qualified for the regional race.
