The Oak Harbor Wildcat Booster Club will host its annual Sport Physical Night from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at the Oak Harbor High School gymnasium.

Sports physicals are required for participation in middle and high school athletics.

The cost is $30 per individual and $60 per family.

The comprehensive sports physical is performed by volunteer physical therapists, podiatrists and family practitioners. All proceeds go to OHHS athletic programs.

Students should bring a pair of tennis shoes to the physical and must be accompanied by a parent.
