Haley Borja received Swimmer of the Year honors at the North Whidbey Aquatic Club’s awards banquet Saturday, Sept. 17.
Ashleigh Merrill won the Short Course Most Outstanding Swimmer award, while Lindsay Brown was named Long Course Most Outstanding Swimmer.
Lola Chargualaf earned the Most Improved Swimmer award from coach Dick Taylor.
