Oak Harbor’s Melany Cone scored 39 points to lead the Oak Harbor High School golf team to victory in Thursday’s three-team match at Battle Creek Golf course.

Playing 15 holes under the Stableford scoring system, Cone scored 39 points.

The Wildcats had 149 points to claim the team championship.

Lake Stevens was second with 146 points and Cascade scored 50 to finish third.

Simone Hamilton and Kara Stratton tallied 30 points each for the Wildcats and teammates Ashley Johnson and Shelby Hamming scored 28 and 22 points, respectively.
