Oak Harbor’s Joanna Leete recorded the best individual score but Glacier Peak slipped by the Wildcat girls golf team at the Lynnwood Golf Course Tuesday, April 22.

Grizzlies posted three of the top six scores and finished with 448 strokes, six less than Oak Harbor. Host Meadowdale finished with 502.

Leete fired a seven-over 72 to take medalist honors by six strokes.

Oak Harbor’s Bree Roderos shot an 85, fourth best among individuals.

Resego Mooki carded a 96, KC Winfield 100, Hailey Beecher 101 and Marisa Sligh 112.

“Tough day, we didn’t play bad just got out played,” coach Andy Wesley said.

The Wildcats don’t play again until 3 p.m. Thursday, May 1, when they host Mountlake Terrace and Shorecrest.
