Jennie Jansen, an Oak Harbor High School graduate, recently received first-team, all-Great Plains Athletic Conference volleyball honors.

Jansen is a junior outside hitter for Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, and led her club in kills per set (2.5).

She hit .182, earned a team-high 14 matches with double figures in kills, totaled 87 blocks and added 81 digs.

Jansen was a second-team, all-league choice in 2010.
