Six high school athletes — four from Coupeville and two from Oak Harbor — earned first-team, all-league honors this winter.
Coupeville seniors Ethan Spark and Hunter Smith were selected for the all-Olympic League boys basketball team, while juniors Lindsey Roberts and Sarah Wright earned a spot on the girls all-conference club.
Oak Harbor wrestlers junior Michael Fisken and freshman Elizabeth Clairmont earned all-Western Conference honors by placing highest among Wesco North athletes in their respective weight classes at the sub-regional tournaments.
Oak Harbor junior Dorian Hardin was honorable mention in Wesco boys basketball.
Smith, who earned first-team honors last year as well, led the Wolves in scoring (382), steals (58) and assists (39). Spark was second (216/48/26) in all three categories and topped the team in three-pointers (37).
Roberts was first in scoring (7.3) and rebounding (8.1) average for Coupeville, followed by Wright (4.7/4.8).
Fisken was the sub-regional champion at 220 pounds, finished third at the regional meet and qualified for state. Clairmont was fourth at 125 pounds at the sub-regional.
Hardin led Oak Harbor in points (235), assists (62) and steals (27).
