The Oak Harbor High School softball team couldn’t dodge rain drops or Mariner as the Wildcats lost the season opener 7-5 to the visiting Marauders Tuesday, March 13.

Details of the game were not submitted.

The Wildcats’ game at Mount Vernon scheduled for Wednesday, March 14, was rained out and will be played at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 20.

Oak Harbor (0-1) opens Western Conference play when Everett (1-0) visits at 4 p.m. Friday, March 16.
