Three Wildcats won twice, but that wasn’t enough as the Oak Harbor High School wrestling team dropped both ends of a double-dual match at Snohomish Tuesday, Dec. 13.
The host Panthers topped Oak Harbor 46-23 and Sultan beat the ‘Cats 51-28. The Oak Harbor/Snohomish match was the Wesco North opener for the Wildcats.
Oak Harbor received wins in both matches from Blake McBride (145 pounds), Nick Dugin (182) and Michael Fisken (195).
Oak Harbor (0-1, 2-2) hosts Marysville-Pilchuck (0-0, 2-0) at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15.
