Hunter Smith, a junior on the Coupeville High School football team, was named to the Olympic League first-team on both offense and defense for the 2016 season.

The only other Coupeville player to receive all-league recognition was junior quarterback Hunter Downes, who earned second-team honors.

Smith set single-season school records in receiving yards (916) and receiving touchdowns (11) this year.

He was a first-team defensive back as a sophomore and honorable mention as a freshman.
