The Oak Harbor High School swim and dive team ruled Marysville in a double dual meet at Marysville-Pilchuck High School Tuesday, Dec. 6.
The Wildcats defeated the host Tomahawks 100-85 and Marysville Getchell 123-58 to lift their season record to 3-0.
Oak Harbor goes to Shorewood Thursday, Dec. 8, to face the powerful Thunderbirds and Stanwood at 2:45 p.m. Shorewood and Oak Harbor finished first and second in the 2010 district 3A meet.
The Jepsen brothers guided the Wildcat wins at Marysville as each won two individual events and two relays.
Jacob Jepsen was victorious in the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.89) and 500 free (5:00.66), both in state qualifying times.
Josh Jepsen took the 200 individual medley in a state qualifying time of 2:03.38 and the 100 breaststroke (1:04.15).
They teamed with John Kaltenbach and Kevin Levy to win the 200 medley relay (1:48.28) and with Levy and Jeron Kosbar to take the 400 free relay (3:35.84).
Additional wins came from Levy (50 free, 24.28) and Toren Wood (100 backstroke, 1:05.45).
