Ten members of the Whidbey Wildcat Wrestling Club placed in the top four at the Battle of the Mats in Ferndale Saturday, Nov. 22.

Jacob Barajas, wrestling in the Pee Wee 56-56 division, captured first place, while Mason Burns (Intermediate 60), Caleb Ledesma (Novice 130-138) and Jenzia Cadduck (Novice 140+) finished second.

Placing third were Colby Nelson (Intermediate 70), Dylan Estes (Novice 60-65) and Liam Baca (Novice 70).

Alexander Clairmont (Intermediate 65), Travis Burns (Novice 105-112) and Natasha Estes (Schoolboy 84) grabbed fourth.
